Cranberry-Tomato Chutney

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 3/four cup tomatoes - peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • half cup cider vinegar
  • half of teaspoon floor ginger
  • half teaspoon floor cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/four cup water

Instructions :

  • In a three-quart saucepan, combine cranberries, tomatoes, water, raisins, onion, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce warmness to simmer. Cook, included, for 15 minutes or till cranberries pop.
