Almond Butter Icing

"Light almond flavored icing, exceptional for sugar and butter cookies. You may need as little as four cups of confectioners' sugar; simply prevent including it whilst you've reached the favored consistency."

1 cup shortening
1 cup butter
5 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
four half of tablespoons milk
1 half teaspoons almond extract
